Summary
Our Volunteers need to be: Understanding rather than judgemental about a patients situation or circumstances Respectful of a patients individuality, respect different cultural values and work in a non-discriminatory manner Able to listen to and communicate with patients, carers and staff In return we will give you: Training and support required in this role An opportunity to gain new skills and knowledge A reference for your portfolio or CV Out of pocket expenses paid in line with Trust Policy Previous experience of working within a mental health environment is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be given to successful applicants. Whats important is that you possess the qualities outlined in the attached Role Description and can demonstrate CWPT values.
