Summary
Kingsway Surgery are looking for an organised, proactive, motivated and experienced assistant practice manager to work alongside out practice manager for 32 hrs a week worked over 4 days. The role is varied and very rewarding supporting the day to day running of the practice, contributing towards our positive team work ethic. This role requires the successful applicant to step into the practice managers role during their absence from Kingsway Surgery as well as overseeing administrative processes such as read coding, recalls and carers lead. You will be expected to provide support with IT systems, data quality and reporting as well as supporting our lead receptionist with their staff rotas and gaps in staff cover as well as the wider admin team.
