Summary

About the Role

KM Group are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Processing invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
Maintaining financial records and updating accounting systems
Assisting with bank reconciliations
Managing accounts payable
Supporting month-end financial processes
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding financial queries
Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
General administrative duties to support the finance team
Requirements

Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role is essential
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Xero
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work independently and manage workload
Trustworthy and discreet with financial information
Desirable Skills

AAT qualification
Knowledge of financial reporting procedures
