Summary

As Business and Marketing Officer, you’ll play a central role in developing and delivering high‑profile marketing campaigns that support transport services across the borough - helping residents understand, access and benefit from modern, inclusive and sustainable travel options.
Working within a forward‑thinking Transport team, you’ll help grow services, protect and enhance the council’s reputation, and support major projects through clear, engaging and effective communication. From campaign planning and content creation to stakeholder engagement, events and performance reporting, this is a varied role that offers real ownership and visible public impact.
