Summary
Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Builders and Sparkle Cleaner with a Supervisory CSCS to support a large new-build project in the Newport Pagnell (MK16) area.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of construction cleaning duties while also supporting on-site supervision to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This includes coordinating daily activities, maintaining quality control, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.
Key responsibilities include:
Full builders cleans
Sparkle and final cleans to presentation standard
Supervising and guiding cleaning staff on-site
Ensuring work is completed in line with project deadlines and quality expectations
Monitoring health and safety compliance across cleaning activities
External window cleaning and de-taping (MEWP/Scaffolding access provided)
Cleaning of stairwells, corridors, lounges, and shared facilities
Key Details:
Start: Immediate
Hours: Minimum 30 hours
Pay: Competitive
Location: Newport Pagnell, MK16 (free parking on site)
Requirements:
Previous experience in builders, sparkle, or final cleans
Supervisory CSCS card
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
Ability to lead a team and work independently when required
Punctual, dependable, and organised
PPE provided (safety boots, hi-vis, gloves, etc.)
