Evening Cleaner
Salary: £27,628.81 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full time position, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 6pm - 2am
Location: Cheltenham
Excellent benefits package including 2.5% Golden Hello payment on commencement of employment and a £2,000 annual retention bonus (pro-rata for part time employees), subject to achieving and maintaining clearance requirements.

About the Role:
We are actively seeking a highly reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaner to become an integral part of our dedicated team in Cheltenham. In this role, you will provide a comprehensive cleaning service for a high-profile client, playing a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all designated areas.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with daily operating procedures.
Work safely and efficiently, with due regard for your own health and safety and that of others.
Undertake ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required by the client or management.
Provide essential cleaning services during crisis periods.
Be prepared to undertake cover for staff absences to ensure service continuity.
Comply with all mandatory training requirements.
Collaborating with other G4S departments and site contractors to maintain site standards.
Essential:
Reliability: Must be conscientious with a strong work ethic.
Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to maintain "prestigious" contract standards.
Adaptability: Able to multitask and pivot between changing priorities.
Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a cleaning team.
Security: Must be willing to undergo and maintain the required level of security clearance.
