We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Room Attendant to join us on a 32-hour contract, with the opportunity for additional hours when the business requires. What you'll be doing
Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to brand standard within agreed timeframes
Changing linen and making beds to a consistently high standard
Replenishing room amenities, toiletries, and supplies
Reporting any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor
Handling lost property in line with hotel procedures
Supporting public area cleaning as required
Working as part of the housekeeping team to meet daily room allocation targets
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred, though full training is provided
A strong eye for detail and high personal cleanliness standards
A reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
The ability to work at pace without compromising on quality
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
