Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a new challenge within a reputable dealership? Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking automotive dealership group based in Birmingham, is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic aftersales team. This is an excellent career move for qualified Vehicle Technicians eager to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop environment that offers ongoing manufacturer training and industry-leading tools.

- Competitive basic salary of up to £34,665
- Uncapped OTE exceeding £40,000, with additional bonuses based on team performance and efficiency
- Monday to Friday working hours, 40 hours per week, with no weekend working

Duties:
- Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Perform diagnostic work, warranty repairs, and general mechanical repairs
- Complete electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) and compile accurate job cards
- Undertake tasks such as oil services, brake work, and cambelt replacements
- Work efficiently to high safety and quality standards, meeting manufacturer specifications
- Support team members when required, contributing to a productive workshop environment
Requirements:
- Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- An MOT licence would be advantageous but is not essential; training available for suitable candidates
