New Van Sales Executive Opportunity at Leading Caerphilly Commercial Vehicle Dealership

Our client, a leading multi-franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership in Caerphilly, is seeking an experienced and motivated New Van Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a skilled motor trade sales professional aiming to advance their career within a reputable and dynamic environment.

Benefits for the Successful Van Sales Executive:

- Starting basic salary of £26,000 per annum with uncapped performance-based bonuses, enabling realistic annual earnings exceeding £52,000.

Duties:

- Selling brand-new vans and light commercial vehicles, along with accessories, finance products, warranties, and related services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers regarding delivery progress and managing any delays or queries effectively.
- Collecting payments and ensuring all sales documentation is completed accurately.
- Demonstrating vehicle features, explaining warranty, service arrangements, and introducing customers to the Service Department.
- Developing new business and securing repeat sales through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and other proactive sales techniques.
- Updating customer records meticulously to ensure database accuracy and effective CRM management.
- Working within a friendly and professional team environment, supporting the dealership's overall sales objectives.
- Covering the South Wales region (CF, NP, LD postcodes), with a focus on proactive customer engagement.

Requirements for the Van Sales Executive position:

- Proven experience in Van sales, B2B, or fleet sales within the motor trade.
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
- Target-driven attitude with a strong focus on KPI achievement.
- Well-organised, IT literate, and capable of managing workloads efficiently.
- Reside in or easily commute to Caerphilly.
- A highly motivated sales individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a deadline-driven environment.
