Our client, a reputable and well-established dealership group, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join their busy workshop in Pulborough. The successful MET Technician will work on a variety of insurance and dealer repairs, with scope for growth and professional development.

Duties:
- Carry out mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and qualify for bonuses (aiming for 130%+ efficiency)
- Assist with vehicle stripping, fitting, electrical repairs, and diagnostics
- Use ramps, specialised tools, and modern equipment to complete repairs to manufacturer standards
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and within industry standards
- Maintain high levels of workshop safety, cleanliness, and quality control
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Relevant industry certifications such as NVQ, ATA, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a MET Technician, with exposure to vehicles like Citroën, Peugeot, Stellantis, or Kia preferred
- Ability to perform electrical, mechanical, and bodywork repairs
- Consistently meet productivity targets and work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to start early (6-7 am) if required
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality
