Summary
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Contract Type: Temporary Fulltime
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be managing customer interactions from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring every detail is logged and followed through properly. This Customer Service Administrator position suits someone who is proactive, confident on the phone, and comfortable working across multiple systems while keeping customers fully informed.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls as a Customer Service Administrator, ensuring a professional and helpful approach
- Logging all customer interactions accurately, including actions and next steps
- Managing and resolving customer complaints through the CRM system
- Providing proactive telephone account management where possible
- Processing and updating order documentation within internal systems
- Handling customer queries including deliveries, returns, and order updates
- Using internal and carrier systems to investigate and resolve issues
- Supporting customers with updates on orders and back orders
- Working closely with internal teams to gather accurate delivery information
- Pulling and interpreting data to provide clear updates and insights to customers
Essential skills:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Administrator or within a similar customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience using CRM systems and general IT platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Desirable experience:
- Experience using systems such as QlikSense, OGL, or similar
- Background in order processing or account management
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
