What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Service Advisors and Technicians
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains at the highest level, reflected in strong CSI performance
- Maintain excellent relationships with manufacturer partners and ensure full compliance
- Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved and profitability is maximised
- Drive performance with ambition, aiming to be a top‑performing site in all key categories
- Create a positive, supportive environment where the team feels empowered, valued and productive
- Focus on both customer retention and new business opportunities through proactive, innovative approaches
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ automotive management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated, proactive, and commercially aware
- Full UK driving licence required
- Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:30, with occasional Saturdays if required
