As our Year 1 Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences through play, exploration and inquiry
• Create a warm, stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired
• Support children’s transition from EYFS into Year 1 in a thoughtful and developmentally appropriate way
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Observe children carefully and use assessment to inform next steps in learning
• Foster independence, resilience, creativity and a love of learning
• Work collaboratively as part of a committed and supportive team
