New Horizons Special School is a nurturing and inclusive provision for pupils who require a highly personalised approach to education. The school supports pupils with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, alongside additional learning and behavioural needs. Our core aim is to re engage young people with learning, raise aspirations, and enable every pupil to achieve positive outcomes academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will deliver high quality teaching that meets the diverse needs of our pupils and supports both academic progress and personal development.

The ability to teach Maths up to Key Stage 4 is desirable, although we welcome applications from teachers of other subjects who are enthusiastic about working in a special school environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils’ lives while working within a supportive and collaborative staff team.
