Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Full time in accordance with Teachers' Pay and Conditions, pay scale is relevant to proven and relevant teaching experience. This position also attracts an SEN Allowance.

The successful candidate should have QTS/QTLS, with excellent classroom management skills, the ability to inspire and motivate learners in an SEMH setting and experience of liaising and forging links with employers.

A DfE recognised and relevant teaching qualification.

Evidence of excellent classroom practice

Experience of working with students with complex needs including ASD and learning difficulties.

A good, up to date working knowledge and understanding of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies.

Evidence of appropriate, relevant and on-going professional development and training.

Good written communication skills.
