About the role:
You'll deliver holistic, one-to-one care. As a Children's Nurse, you'll be part of an ambitious and supportive team, delivering specialist treatments and building meaningful relationships with children and their families across West London and the surrounding regional area.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, tailored nursing care to children in their homes.
- Administer specialist treatments including IV therapies, growth hormone, and biologics for conditions such as juvenile arthritis, Crohn's disease, and psoriasis.
- Manage your own daily caseload, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
- Maintain clinical competency and stay up to date with best practices.
- Travel regionally to visit patients (a full UK driving licence is essential).
