Contract: Permanent | Full-time preferred (0.8 considered)
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (pro-rata)
We are recruiting a Business Management & Hospitality Lecturer to support LCCA's expanding Level 3 Foundation provision. This role suits a practitioner-educator who enjoys blending academic theory with real-world industry insight.
You will teach across business and hospitality-focused modules, supporting students from a wide range of educational backgrounds as they prepare for higher-level study.
- Teach Business and Hospitality modules at Level 3 Foundation
- Deliver engaging, activity-led and blended learning sessions
- Support students academically and pastorally
- Contribute to curriculum design and cross-disciplinary teaching
- Maintain strong links with relevant industries
- Master's degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field
- Experience teaching in the UK (HE or FE)
- Industry experience within business and/or hospitality
- A modern, interactive teaching approach
- Strong communication and student engagement skills
