Summary
We are currently recruiting Engineering Operatives to join our client’s busy welding and fabrication team based near Woodbridge. These are hands-on, temp-to-perm opportunities ideal for candidates who are reliable, practical, and keen to learn new skills.
Key Responsibilities could include:
• Assembly of fabricated metalwork
• Cutting and fitting insulation materials
• De-greasing and finishing metalwork
• Quality checking completed items
• Assisting within the spray paint area
• Moving painted items safely around the workshop
• Learning spray painting techniques (full training provided)
• General workshop duties and manual handling as required

• Motivated and reliable individuals
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Comfortable with manual, hands-on work
• Previous workshop or industrial/engineering experience is beneficial but not essential

Pay & Hours:
• Starting rate: £13.50 per hour, rising to £14.00 after 3 months
• 39 hours per week over 4.5 days
• Early finish on Fridays
• Own transport required due to location
