About the Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food/ingredients manufacturing company based in Portbury. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role involving picking, loading, and supporting production teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of Production Operative:

  • Picking ingredients using handheld scanners
  • Loading pallets and preparing materials for production
  • Mixing ingredients for production
  • Handling and lifting products up to 25kg
  • Working efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse/production environment
  • Supporting production teams with general duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area
  • Following all site Health & Safety procedures

Requirements of a Production Operative:

  • Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical role
  • Previous warehouse or production experience beneficial but not essential
  • Must be able to travel to Portbury (driving required due to location)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
