We are a seasonal hotel offering flexible work opportunities, with 15-30 hours per week, ranging from part-time to full-time positions. In addition to receptionist roles, we also have waitressing opportunities and encourage team members to help across various departments, gaining valuable hands-on experience. We are looking for active, self-motivated, honest, and reliable individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information.
• Answer and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
• Manage guest bookings and reservations efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks, collaborate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
