Rainhill Hall Hotel
Some weddings are big, bold and glamorous. Others are intimate, personal and unforgettable. At Rainhill Hall Hotel, every celebration matters – and behind each one is a meticulous, people-focused professional who makes the details seamless.
As part of Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, we manage and operate a diverse portfolio of hotels across the UK and Europe, working with globally recognised brands while staying firmly people-first in how we do business. Rainhill Hall is a standout property within our portfolio – rich in character, history and opportunity.
We’re now looking for a Sales Coordinator – Weddings & Events to support the delivery of exceptional weddings and special events at this iconic hotel. Whether your experience comes from hotel sales, front office, reservations or another guest-facing hospitality role, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially focused position with genuine room to grow.
About the RoleWorking closely with the hotel’s senior sales and operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing wedding and event enquiries from first contact through to delivery. You’ll ensure every couple and client feels confident, supported and genuinely cared for throughout their journey.
This is a varied, hands-on role that offers strong visibility across the business – ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, relationship-building and being at the heart of some of life’s most important moments.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the first point of contact for wedding and event enquiries, guiding clients through their planning journey and ensuring every detail is captured accurately. You’ll coordinate contracts, confirmations and function details, working closely with operations, food and beverage and front office teams to deliver smooth, well-executed events.
You’ll support show rounds, wedding events and open days, maintain accurate systems and reporting, and help drive conversion and revenue by delivering a warm, professional and responsive service at every stage.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re deliberately open-minded about background. You might already be working within hotel sales or events, or you could be stepping across from front office, reservations or another customer-facing hospitality role where organisation, communication and service excellence are second nature.
You’ll be confident engaging with clients, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and naturally detail-driven. Above all, you’ll be passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences and proud to represent the hotel and our brand standards.
What We Can Offer YouIn return, you’ll be part of a supportive Aimbridge team that genuinely believes in development, progression and giving people a place to grow. Alongside working in a unique and historic hotel, you’ll benefit from:
- Industry-leading training and development opportunities
- Hotel and leisure discounts across our wider portfolio, including food and beverage
- Financial wellbeing support, including flexible access to earned pay
- 24/7 employee assistance programme
- On-site benefits such as free staff parking
This is a role where you can build commercial confidence, gain valuable exposure across hotel operations, and develop a long-term career within weddings, events or wider hospitality sales. So, click apply today, we’d love to welcome you to our inclusive team shaping the future of hospitality.
