Summary
IT TechnicianFull time, 37 hours per week £25,685 per annumBurton on Trent, Town Centre CampusWho are we looking for?Working collaboratively with colleagues across the department, you will help support and maintain the College’s diverse IT environment. You will work directly with end users, providing a professional, responsive, and customer focused support service across computing, display technologies, telephony, and printing services.Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, enabling you to deliver a consistently high standard of service. You will have hands-on experience installing and supporting IT technologies, diagnosing issues, and resolving faults efficiently in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).This role requires solid experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and modern web browsers, along with confidence supporting a range of hardware and mobile devices.
