Summary
As Team Leader International Projects and Student Support, you will lead a small team responsible for delivering high-quality support for international students, clients and partners. You will oversee the day-to-day coordination of international commercial projects, incoming group programmes and student support services, helping to ensure an excellent experience from arrival through to programme completion.
This is a varied and rewarding role with responsibility for student welfare, accommodation, induction, social programmes and issue resolution, as well as the operational planning and delivery of projects in Edinburgh, online and, where required, overseas. You will also work closely with internal colleagues, external suppliers and international stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful delivery across a range of activities.
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, excellent customer service instincts and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience of leading or supporting staff, coordinating complex projects or services, and working confidently with international students or clients. A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong cultural awareness are essential.
Experience in an education, international or customer-facing environment would be highly beneficial, along with an understanding of student welfare and international programme delivery.

The successful candidate will be based at our Sighthill Campus, although some travel between campuses may be required. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as some evening and weekend work will be required, particularly during peak periods.
