The role:
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day bar operation, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a great guest experience at all times. This is a visible leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives on the floor, motivates a team, and takes pride in delivering consistency.
Key responsibilities:
-Supervising and supporting the bar team during service
-Maintaining exceptional standards of drinks preparation and presentation
-Managing stock, ordering, and cellar organisation
-Training and developing junior team members
-Ensuring compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
-Driving a positive, professional team culture
What we’re looking for:
-Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or strong Senior Bartender ready to step up
-Solid knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits
-A natural leader with strong communication skills
-Calm under pressure with a proactive mindset
-High standards and attention to detail
