What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead 1-1 and small group interventions, shaping positive pupil behaviours
• Analyse behavioural data to design tailor-made support plans
• Collaborate closely with SENCOs, teachers, and external specialists
• Deliver emotional and social skills development sessions
• Act as the key point of contact for parents and agencies on behaviour matters
• Support whole-school inclusion with creative, restorative approaches
