Summary
Quality and Assurance Manager
Role: Quality Manager
Location: Lowestoft, Suffolk - travel across Norfolk & Suffolk
Salary: £55,000
Hours: 9-5 (Monday - Friday)
We are working with a growing, family owned provider with a large presence across Suffolk & Norfolk. As a Quality Manager, you'll oversee Quality and Assurance in the company across their Nursing Homes and Residential Homes in the area. You'll be supported by a great senior management team and service managers.
Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance within the homes, regulatory audits, and spot checks across the homes
Develop, maintain, and improve policies, procedures, and risk management systems in line with CQC (England)
Conduct internal audits, investigate incidents and non-compliance events, driving best practices
Support homes to remain compliant with upto date guidance
Remote monitoring of digital systems and driving quality across the group
Mentor and support Home Managers to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement
Key Requirements:
Candidates can be either clinical (nurse qualified) or non-clinical
Experience within a Quality based management role
Clear DBS
