Summary
Location: Faslane Naval Base, Helensburgh - Site based
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

This exciting Site Administrator role is based on-site, where you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to our Joint Venture delivery teams. You'll be working within a highly secure MOD environment, supporting the delivery of diverse construction projects at Faslane Naval Base. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly whilst developing your skills in a unique and rewarding setting.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Site Administrator, you'll be working within the Project Management team, supporting them in delivering construction projects efficiently and effectively. Your day to day will include:
-Managing document control, preparing weekly reports, and keeping site information boards current
-Processing invoices, coordinating drawings on Viewpoint, and maintaining accurate registers
-Coordinating security information, issuing passes, and ensuring compliance with client security protocols
-Managing diaries, organising meetings and site visits, and liaising with stakeholders
-Preparing presentations and key documents, providing IT support for remote meetings
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Site Administrator is great for you if:
-You have previous experience in construction site or office administration
-You're confident using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel to a high standard
-You're comfortable working at pace, responding to priorities as they arise, and meeting tight deadlines
-You enjoy building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
-You hold a Full driving licence and are able to undergo full SC clearance checks
