We as teachers will challenge and create an environment of awe and wonder for each child to be engaged, show curiosity, be happy and feel safe.”

If you are looking for employment there is something at Ladybird for you!

Ladybird Children's Nursery - Scotswood has held a special place in our hearts since we opened in 2004. The nursery is set on the edge of the Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. Outside, we have an inviting area filled with inspiring resources to provoke children’s natural curiosity. With provision for 63 children aged 0-5, the nursery offers a wonderful working environment where you would be part of an experienced team of professionals. There is easy parking available and the nursery is on the bus route into Newcastle City Centre.

Our passion for caring doesn’t stop with the children. We believe that happy staff make happy children, so we offer a package of support that you won’t find anywhere else:

You must have a experience of working with children under 5 years old. A level 2/3 qualification specific to Early Years as defined by the Department for Education would be essential.
