Summary


An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the established Occupational Therapy team at the Coborn Centre for Adolescent Mental Health. The Coborn Centre is an outstanding service committed to providing a high standard of care to young people and their families.. Serving a multi-ethnic population drawn from an area as diverse as its communities, the Coborn Adolescent Service provides in-patient and day-patient care to young people aged 12-18 with complex acute mental health problems. The unit is comprised of a twelve bedded Acute in-patient ward, a fourteen bedded Psychiatric intensive care unit and six places in the Day service






We are looking for a Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with young people, is dedicated, creative and committed to life long learning. We will offer excellent opportunities to develop clinical and managerial skills. It is a full-time post and the hours are subject to the needs of the service. Experience of working in a diverse multi-racial community and with young people with complex mental health needs is a benefit.
