Summary
We pride ourselves on being incredibly flexible with the hours you can work, and are not a straight forward 9-5pm employer. Instead we work with your available hours, to fit around school runs, caring for elderly parents, or hobbies or other employment you may have.
Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking for new people to join our wonderful team of day or evening carer's. We offer outstanding opportunities for people who are returning to work but do not want or cannot work normal office hours.
Adult social care is the fastest growing service sector available and we are seeking people that recognise that there are wonderful opportunities available working within this sector. It is the start of a new career or just a job, it's up to you.

Benefits Include:
- Rates of £13.30 - £14.30 per hour + double time on Bank Holidays.
- Full pay when travelling between clients.
- Full pay when undergoing training.
- Pension and holiday pay.
- Mileage paid for travel between £0.30 & £0.45/per mile.
- Minimum 1-hour visits - we believe in proper care.
- Fully backed EAP programme in place to assist you if needed.

Essential Skills Required:
- Live within our franchise area, if not we will refer you to your local office.
- Essential you have a UK driving licence and your own car.
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK (see below).
- Are happy to work alternate weekend's - Saturday and Sunday.
