Summary
About the Role:
We are looking for a Chef to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Key Duties:
Prepare and cook food to a high standard
Assist with menu items and daily service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensure food safety procedures are followed
Manage stock, deliveries, and storage
Work independently and as part of the team
Requirements:
Previous chef or kitchen experience required
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Strong organisation and time management
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Additional Information:
Seasonal role with view to become permanent
Hours to be agreed at interview
