Summary
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our forward-thinking and innovative general practice in Cleethorpes. We are a busy training practice with a list size of approximately 13,000 patients, supported by a large multidisciplinary team including GPs, ANPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals. The successful candidate will work autonomously to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, contributing to high-quality, patient-centred care. Main Duties of the Job Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Manage acute presentations and long-term conditions Prescribe independently in line with national and local guidance Triage and prioritise patient need Deliver health promotion and preventative care Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team Support clinical governance, audit, and service development About Us We are a well-established, forward-thinking training practice located in the seaside town of Cleethorpes.
