About The Role
TC Facilities Management is currently recruiting for a Grounds man to join our team to help support our clients.
Location: CB4 0GW
Shifts: 37.5 hour contract 07:00 to 15:00 with 1/2 hour unpaid meal break.
Pay: £14.42 per hour

We are looking for a groundman for our clients site. There will be lots to keep you busy!
You will be delivering the grounds work across the year with the control to make decisions on the seasonal conditions and requirement.
You will be making sure the grass and lawns are spot on and mown and trimmed as needed.
You will look after all the pruning keeping the trees and hedges ship shape.
You will have responsibility of arranging sub-contractors as needed, so you need to be comfortable with that and using Microsoft office in the management of this.
You will be responsible for the maintenance of the pesticide and chemical logs and carrying out any spraying required.
You will collect the leaves and carry out any snow clearance and gritting as needed in the winter months.
Role Requirements
• Detailed knowledge of plants and ground maintenance.
• Thorough knowledge of gardening tool and equipment use and maintenance.
• Pesticide spraying qualification.
• Driving License.
