Summary
Glen Group are actively recruiting for an Area Cleaning Supervisor to support our Contract Cleaning Manager with our On-Site Cleaning Teams across a Portfolio of around 30 prestige sites in the Luton area.
Due to different shift times within the Portfolio, you must be available to work between the hours of 5am-9pm on a Monday to Friday, there will be an average of 40 hours per week.
You will be provided with a Company Mobile Phone, with a dedicated Number & Email.
Uniform will also be provided before employment begins with Glen Group.
Full UK Driving License is required as Company Vehicle will be provided.
You may also need to use Trains occasionally to travel into London.
An Enhanced DBS is required & will be applied for once offered the position.
Responsibilities:
Cover Cleaning when Sickness or Annual Leave occurs within the teams.
Planning Site Visits
Planning Staff Holidays
Dealing with On-Site issues
Correcting issues
Carrying out On-Site Audits with our Clients
Communication with our Clients
Visiting our On-Site Cleaning team
Communication with our Employees
Training new starters
Refresher Train all Employees 6 monthly
Be flexible on working times
Work closely with our Contract Manager
Covering Contract Manager Annual Leave.
Experience is required and essential within the cleaning industry and supervision.
Full Training & support will be provided.
