Summary


The post holder will have operational management responsibility for Children's Neurodevelopment Teams and will ensure the provision of high-quality clinical services supporting individuals with access to assessments and appropriate treatment for ADHD and Autism.

The post holder will ensure the coordination and development of the Team implementing and maintaining services within a defined resource and work collaboratively with external partners to ensure that mental and physical health needs are supported with parity and to ensure the service operates in a safe, effective and efficient way as part of the wider health and social care system.

The post holder will be required to provide clear visible operational and clinical leadership (in line with experience and qualifications), uphold, and monitor the clinical standards of the service. Provide managerial supervision to the team and to support the Service Manager and Directorate Leads with the delivery of the service

Applicants should have extensive experience of working at Band 6 or above.

You will have effective communication skills and be able to represent the service in meetings, writing reports, responding to complaints and interface with colleagues from a range of multi-disciplinary backgrounds.

We are looking for someone who has a passion to make a difference, who is highly motivated and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

You will be working across all localities of the Trust so must have access to transport and the ability to travel within the required geographical area.

There will be opportunities to support professional development and management support to your role will be provided by the service manager.
