Summary
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and managing digital records
Answer incoming calls and respond to email enquiries from customers and suppliers
Support order processing, quotations, and customer communications
Assist with maintaining stock records and supplier information
Update spreadsheets, internal systems, and CRM records
Help maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
Support basic marketing tasks such as social media scheduling or email campaigns (depending on interest)
Learn how different areas of the business work together and contribute to daily operations
