Job Description:
Word Practitioners Ministry is seeking a dedicated Charity Worker to support its charitable outreach and community support initiatives.
This is a voluntary role focused on assisting vulnerable individuals and supporting the ministry’s charitable activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food distribution and support programmes for vulnerable individuals
Support community outreach initiatives and charity events
Help organise donations, supplies, and distribution activities
Provide general support to individuals and families in need
Support engagement with the local community
Work alongside volunteers and ministry leaders in delivering charity services
Person Specification:
Essential:
A compassionate and community-minded individual
Interest in charitable and community support work
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work with vulnerable individuals respectfully and sensitively
Desirable:
Experience in volunteering or charity work
Understanding of safeguarding and community support practices
Important Note:
This is a voluntary position, and no salary is payable. Only reasonable expenses may be reimbursed in line with charity guidelines.
