- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and differentiation
- Supporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and behaviour
- Helping pupils engage with learning activities
- Supporting transitions, routines and daily structure
- Working closely with SENCOs, therapists and pastoral staff
