Summary
We are seeking a Deputy Manager on behalf of our client to support and work alongside the Registered Manager of the Residential Children’s Home in Handsworth
Candidates must have managed a team for at least 2 years with knowledge to efficiently co-managing the house budgets, overseeing the development of staff and the young people in placement, formulating and updating placement plans, risk assessments and positive therapeutic parenting.
Candidates must have achieved a level 3 children's residential/children's workforce or level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Residential or a higher qualification in relation to the role. It is essential for the candidate to have a full UK driving licence.
Shift pattern: 7am – 11pm | Sleep-in | 7am – 8am handover
Includes 1–2 office/admin shifts per week
