Contract: Full-time, long-term

You will be working with secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering personalised learning and helping students build confidence, independence, and key life skills. What the role involves:
Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
Adapting teaching strategies to support a variety of SEN requirements
Working closely with teaching assistants to provide targeted support
Implementing EHCP targets and monitoring student progress
Creating a structured, calm, and supportive classroom environment
Supporting students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development
What you’ll need:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with SEN pupils in a secondary setting
Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practices
A patient, resilient, and supportive approach
Effective behaviour management skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
