Summary
Leadership - The post holder will be expected to provide positive and inspiring leadership to a wide team throughout the Service Group to maintain and develop a culture and environment that allows our front-line teams to deliver the best possible standards of clinical care. Operations Management - Provide assurance on the delivery of the Service Group to the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Team and Committee. Identify, assess, manage, escalate and report risks. Service Planning - Ensure the Service Group is sighted on, understands and considers national service development policies. Lead and forge strategic and operational partnerships across a range of different partners including Acute Trust, Adult Social Care, GPs, commissioners, voluntary and community sector and experts by experience
