Summary
Must be enthusiastic and committed. Good customer service and organisational skills are essential. Will be working as part of a team and assisting the manager in the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of food and hot drink preparation in a fast paced kitchen
Knowledge of food hygiene
Supervising staff
Daily record keeping
Opening/Closing of site (certain days)
Cleaning to a high standard
Stock rotation
Serving customers/handling queries/party booking
Cash management
All training will be provided, however experience in a fast paced kitchen is essential in order to be considered for this role. Preferably applicants will have Level 2 food hygiene accreditation and experience of using a barista style coffee machine, but this is not essential.
16 hour per week contract, additional hours may be available for holiday/sickness cover as well as cover for busier periods. Must be available between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, as well as alternate weekends.
