Summary
Live-out Nanny/Housekeeper for a family moving from London to a rural village near Henley-on-Thames
We are looking for a warm and loving Nanny/Housekeeper who is proactive, energetic and engaging for our busy and active family of five
The Family:
Three children – 5 years, 3 years and 8 months
The two older children attend school and pre-school
We are a welcoming household looking for someone who feels like “part of the family”. We value a chatty and engaging personality but also need someone who can maintain firm boundaries and structure for the children
Key Responsibilities:
Providing engaging activities for the children when required, this is mainly for afternoons and school holidays
Follow a structured routine for the younger child
Prepare and cook Children’s meals
Proactively manage the home by implementing an organised system for cleaning, family laundry and ironing
Candidate requirements:
High energy, proactive individual and a great communicator
Candidate should like dogs as we have a small dog
A driver with own vehicle
Relevant previous experience in a similar role as a nanny/housekeeper
Enhanced DBS check
First Aid
Excellent checkable references
Live locally
Looking for a long-term permanent role
Days and hours required:
Monday – Friday – Start & finish times tba but will likely fall between 7.30am – 6.30pm (longer & shorter days)
40 hour working week
£ 45,000 gross p.a (dependent on experience)
