Provide warm, person-centred care for our residents
Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility
Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events
Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment
Work closely with your colleagues to ensure residents’ well-being is always the top priority
Essential Criteria
Experience as a carer for older people
A kind, patient, and understanding nature
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Excellent work ethic and flexibility
