We have a permanent vacancy to join our team of Cleaners at Matthew Fyfe Care Home, Dunfermline.
Cleaner 11 hours per week - Working 5 days out of 7, on a part-time, permanent basis. Enhancements are paid for weekend working.
You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:
We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.64 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
Pay is every 4 weeks.
Access to and support with training opportunities and qualifications for the job.
Membership of Fife Pension Fund which is part of the Scottish Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS Scotland).
Generous holiday allowance.
Local and national discounts including supermarkets, restaurants and retail.
This work is about ensuring residents and staff can live or work in a clean and safe environment every day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate.
No previous experience is required as full training is given.
You will be required to attend an induction training day before starting in post.
Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
