Duties of the Paint Sprayer:
- Complete jobs from start to finish, including paint, prep, priming, and polishing
- Ensure high-quality finishes on all vehicle repairs
- Work efficiently within manufacturer repair times
- Handle both full and partial bumper painting as required
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and consistency
Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, preferably with bodyshop backgrounds
- Skilled in all aspects of vehicle painting, including preparation and polishing
- Ability to work efficiently from start to finish on various repair jobs
- Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and customers
- ATA certification is advantageous but not essential
- Multi-tasking ability and reliability are key traits
