Our client is looking to recruit a highly skilled and dependable Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. - Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with optional overtime
Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
- Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Conducting vehicle inspections in accordance with manufacturer standards
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality work
- Keeping detailed records of work performed and parts used
- Supporting team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar automotive environment
- Suitable for experienced technicians or those specialising in LCV and electric vehicle (EV) servicing
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Strong diagnostic skills and a solid understanding of modern vehicle systems
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Enthusiastic about developing skills and staying current with the latest automotive technologies
