Summary
We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable and family-run dealership in Pershore, to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional seeking a role in a supportive environment with ongoing development. The Vehicle Technician will play a key role in servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, including cars and commercial vehicles, to the highest standards.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £42,000 depending on experience
- Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturday 08:00 – 13:00 on a rota basis
- 22 days holiday plus 8 public holidays, with additional days for long service

Duties:
- Servicing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles, including light commercial vehicles
- Fault diagnosis and electronic Vehicle Health Checks for customer review
- Ensuring work is carried out in line with manufacturer specifications and workshop procedures
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Supporting the dealership in vehicle inspections and repairs across the workshop
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician, MOT Tester, Master Technician, or Apprentice Vehicle Technician
- Knowledge of diagnostics, fault finding, and repair across multiple makes and models
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Background may include franchised main dealers, independent garages, fast-fit operations, or self-employment
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
