Summary
We are pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced Senior Technician to join a well-established, family-run automotive business in Worcester.
This is an ideal role for a skilled Senior Technician seeking a friendly, supportive environment where their expertise is recognised and valued.

- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday work
Duties of the Senior Technician:
- Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Carry out repairs including clutches, cambelts, head gaskets, and other major components
- Maintain accurate workshop records in compliance with regulations
- Effectively communicate test results and repair options to customers
- Work closely with the auto centre team to ensure high standards of quality
- Stay informed about industry updates, safety protocols, and technical advancements
- Uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent service
Requirements:
- Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Full UK driving licence
- MOT licence desirable but not essential
- Proven experience as a Senior Technician within a busy workshop environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
