This role is central to the effective leadership and governance of the Trust and requires an individual who can manage complex priorities, exercise discretion, and operate confidently at senior level.

The postholder will be responsible for full diary and meeting management, acting as a key gatekeeper to the CEO, and ensuring effective forward planning across executive commitments. The role also acts as a primary point of contact between the CEO and senior leaders, trustees, and a range of external stakeholders including regulatory bodies and professional advisers.

In addition, the role involves overseeing confidential records and document management, coordinating executive travel and events, supporting inspections and audits, and ensuring effective information flow across the Trust.
